If you have any special requests, just ask and we will see what we can do!In the past, we’ve had a number of special requests, from an upgraded media package to grocery services to laundry and concierge.
3) How am I billed?
We have several options for billing: major credit cards, company invoicing or certified cheque. You will receive a monthly bill that includes the rent for the coming month, plus any extra charges for the past month such as long distance or extra cable services. If you pay by credit card, your account will automatically be charged to your card at the anniversary of your when you checked in each month, and you will receive a receipt detailing the specific charges for your records.
4) Can you bill my company?
Yes. All we need is the name and address of your company and the phone number of the individual who will be responsible for payment. Upon their confirmation that they will accept the charges for the account and our receipt of them signing the necessary forms, invoices will be directed to their attention.
5) Why do you need my credit card information?
Every guest must provide a valid credit card number, expiry date and cardholder's name as it appears on the credit card, even if their company is being billed for suite rental. The credit card will be used to guarantee payment for any incidental charges, such as dry-cleaning, movie rentals, long distance charges, etc., and in case your company declines the invoice for suite/parking rental.
6) Is there tax on corporate apartments?
Tax is applicable on all stays less than a full calendar month.Any stays over one month, and we will pay the tax for you.
As soon as you decide on a suite location, we would recommend you book that suite as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Classic Suites prides itself on its attention to detail as well as its superior service, our valued guests know this and keep us fairly full all year round!
8) Is a deposit required to confirm a reservation?
Classic Suites requires a $500 deposit, usually by way of credit card upon signing the rental lease. The deposit is applied to your first rental period upon check-in.
9) What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.If there are any challenges with these times, please contact Classic Suites, and we’ll arrange an alternative that better suites your schedule.
10) What is the cancellation policy?
Classic Suites has a 14 day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservations on or before the 14th calendar day prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
11) Is there a minimum stay policy?
The minimum stay requirement is one week (7 calendar days).To date, our longest guest has been with us for 8 years and going.
12) Do you have smoking suites available?
Classic Suites has both smoking and non-smoking suites.When reserving, please mention if you would like a smoking suite.Unless otherwise mentioned, we presume that you are reserving a non smoking suite.
13) Do you allow pets?
Some locations are "pet-friendly"; however, we do require a pet deposit.
14) Do you allow children?
We allow children at all our locations.Depending on the suite, there is a maximum of how many children are allowed per suite.Please check with us when reserving.
15) Do you have laundry facilities in your suites?
In-suite washing machines and dryers are available at most of our locations.Please inquire to ensure the location you are interested in, is one of them.
As Classic Suites has a number of locations in Calgary, we do our best to fit your schedule. Whether it is required that we make everything available for you at the airport or car rental facility, forward keys and move in documentation to your office, or meet with you at the suite, we will take the hassle out of your arrival in Calgary.
