Many guests contact us wanting a suite and inquire various details.  Often there are so many questions that come to mind, that some will get lost in the mix and not get asked.  Below are common questions, depending upon suitability, that guests may use as a guideline to help faster understand whether Classic Suites is a right fit or not.

 

·         What forms of payment can guests use to pay?

·         What’s included in the rent?

·         What additional available services are there?

·         How do we reserve suites?  Get the keys?  Return them?

·         What happens if we need to extend our stay?

·         How do we confirm our reservation?

·         What discounts are available?

·         What tax is applicable?

·         Can I still pick up the keys if I arrive in the city at night?

·         What is the check in/out procedure?

·         What is the cancellation policy?

·         What kind of parking is there?

·         Can we get a second parking stall if need be?

·         Will there be a shower stall or a bath tub?

·         If friends come over, is there an intercom we can buzz them up?

·         What happens if I get sick?

·         Where can we rent a car?

·         Where is the closest restaurant/grocery store/bus stop/c-train/?

·         Where is the closest bank/police station/hospital/fire station?

·         Is the suite smoking/non smoking?

·         How far away is it from _______? (example: office)

·         What happens if there is a fire?

·         How long have you been in business?

·         What day trips can you suggest?

·         Is the suite, wheel chair friendly?

·         Do you allow pets/children?

·         What will the weather be like?
